Don’t order in pizza tonight. Instead, make your own pizza at home and now it’s really easy because here
at Penn Mac you can find everything you need to make the perfect Italian pizza, including tools, flour, sauce,
cheese and toppings!
To ensure that your pizza turns out just the way you like it, you need the right tools (and it doesn’t matter if
you’re working with a traditional brick oven or not!). We offer many types of pizza peels, stones, cutters,
dockers, screens and pans, all of which come in different sizes to suit any number of pizza-loving people.
To start, you can either make your dough from scratch using one of the many flours we sell (a favorite among chefs is the Caputo Chef’s Flour Tipo ‘00’) or simply get one of our already prepared home-style
pizza crusts which come in 2 sizes, 9’’ and 12’’.
Finally, the sauce, cheese and toppings. For sauce, we offer many different brands including La Valle
and Full Red, as well as our own Penn Mac pizza sauce, which includes fresh vegetables. Next
comes the cheese and there are great options; our favorite, Grande’s mozzarella and provolone
blends. To top it all off, we have Ezzo pepperoni and Fontanini sausage. And once you
serve your homemade pizza, don’t forget to dip it in Penn Mac’s Pizza Dipping Oil!
