How to Order

Ordering from is easy and secure. Use the Search box to locate a specific product, or click through our product categories to browse. Click the "Add to Cart" button beside each item to add it to your shopping cart. You can review your order and add or remove items at any time, or check out, by clicking "View Cart" in the green block at the top left of any screen.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and zip code. Before you order, we suggest that you read through all of the information on the Shipping Info page. Orders are shipped at different times depending on when they are placed, and specific shipping rules apply to perishable and frozen foods and to orders going to certain areas of the country. In many cases, the difference in shipping fees between an order of 2 items and an order of 10 items is only an additional $1.00. If you order one perishable item, that item will ship in a 2" thick Styrofoam cooler with ice and dry ice, so fill your cooler to the brim..... and save money on shipping!

Completing Your Transaction

Enter all of your billing and shipping information. If you make a mistake, you can click "Edit" next to the billing or shipping details and change the information. Enter your credit card information and click "Submit Order". Voila! Your order is complete, and has been sent for fulfillment through a secure connection that encrypts your credit card and other information for your protection. Within a few minutes you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please keep this confirmation as your receipt of sale.

PLEASE NOTE: Your credit card will show your order as a authorization (auth) to the "Pennsylvania Macaroni Company". We will only charge your card when the order is shipped.

Payment Information

We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We are unable to accept cash or ship COD.

You can also pay with a PennMac gift card by clicking on the "Special Requests and Notes" tab on the check out page, entering the value of your card, the 19-digit number on the back of the card, and the 4 numbers on the right side of the card. You must enter your credit card information to complete a gift card transaction, as your credit card will be authorized and charged for any additional amount. If you have a credit balance on your gift card, we will send the balance along with your shipment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only on Gift Baskets purchased by Pennsylvania residents.

Gift Orders

To send a note with a gift order, click the "Special Requests & Notes" box on the check out page and click the Holiday, Thank You, or Birthday bullet. Please keep your message to a few words. If the gift message is too lengthy, we will copy and paste your message on a gift card.

We will not include an invoice in gift packages, even if you do not request a card during check out (we know it is a gift when the billing and shipping names and addresses are different).

Out of Stock Policy

When a particular item is not available or out of stock, we will choose a comparable substitution automatically. There are some one-of-a-kind items (D.O.P.s and Caputo) that we are unable to substitute for, and we will adjust your order for those items if they are unavailable. It is very important to enter a working daytime phone number in the billing section in the event we need to contact you. If you are a return customer, your cart will stay loaded with your previous order to save you time -- make sure to check individual items for availability.

Ordering is also available by calling 412-471-8330 and asking for internet shipping, or by fax at 412-201-4751. Please include all billing and shipping information in faxed orders, and we will contact you during normal business hours.

Return Policy

We guarantee that every product you order from will arrive in safe condition. In the event of damage, please email and we will replace the product if applicable. Please include your PNMC# for easy reference and please keep all packaging and shipment materials (box, cooler, pillows, peanuts) and maintain any and all products appropriately until order resolution.
