Instead of buying pasta already packaged in a box, why not try making your own traditional Italian pasta at home from scratch? Some might say that this process can be difficult but Penn Mac has given you the ingredients and tools to make this process so much easier and more convenient for everyday pasta creations! Once you’ve got the process down, making homemade pasta can become a family tradition.

Pasta Flours and Pasta Machines

To start the process off, we have great pasta flours that have high gluten contents, including durum wheat. These flours come in 5 lb. bags. Then check out Roma’s Express Electric for an all-in-one pasta machine. This machine has 9 settings and 2 speeds so that it can make any type of pasta, from lasagna to linguine. It also comes with a non-stick mat and a cleaning brush so clean up doesn’t have to take all night!

We also offer ravioli stamps (round or square), pasta drying racks, gnocchi presses and pierogi makers (for a Pittsburgh classic!). If you are making a lot of ravioli at one time, try out our ravioli forms, which make either 10 or 12 at a time. These ravioli forms are made of heavy gauge aluminum for long-term use.
