Aged Le Gruyere is simply delicious. Made from raw cow's milk then carefully aged for 6 months. The maturation aging process helps the cheese develop its intense nutty flavor, firm, crumbly texture and a natural rustic rind. It's a wonderful addition to onion soup, fondue, red and white Burgundy.
