How to Order
Ordering from PennMac.com is easy and secure. Just use the top navigation bar to browse our large selection of products. Or, use our search engine to locate a specific product listing by keyword.Click on the "Add to Cart" button beside each item to add it to your shopping cart. Please remember to check back regularly for new products!
1. Shopping Cart Summary-You may modify your shopping cart at any time by changing the order quantity or removing items from your shopping cart.
2.Billing Information-You will be asked to enter your billing name and address in this section.
3. Ship to Address-You will be asked to enter your Ship To address in this section if different from your billing address. Please note there is no shipping to businesses on Saturday, only to residences. Please note: Our shopping cart allows for only one shipment location per order. If multiple shipment locations are desired, you
will need to place individual orders. Please note that all orders are shipped via FedEx, we can not deliver to a P.O. Box, APO address,or Canada (due to the outragous fees!). Please see map of the United States under Shipping Info for normal ground shipping or home delivery times.
4. Order overview and Shipment Details-This section will display what is in your shopping cart and provide you with a drop down menu for shipment options ranging from overnight shipments to ground or home delivery, remember if you live in the Central to West Coast area of the U.S your shipping would have to be a 3-day express for perishable items and we only ship perishables so the arrival time will be by Friday (or Saturday if a residence), otherwise we will hold these items back till the following Monday to assure the best quality,(please check map for shipping times). We ship all orders via FedEx and fulfill all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that we can not ship to a P.O. Box or APO address. We will fulfill an overnight order for shipmentthe same day if placed by 10:00AM EST. If you have special shipment requirements, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-223-5928. Please review map of the United States under Shipping Info for delivery times to your area.
5. Complete your Transaction-Continuing on the same page as the order overview and shipment details you will scroll down - be sure to check all the billing and shipment information you have entered (if you notice a mistake - click on edit next to the billing or shipping detail and make the appropriate changes). You will then enter your credit card information and click on Submit Order. Voila! Your order is complete and has been sent to our service partner for order fulfillment through a secure connection that encrypts your credit card and other information for your protection. You will receive within 5 minutes an order confirmation via email. Please keep this confirmation as your receipt of sale.
Please Note: your credit card statement will show your order as a charge to the "Pennsylvania Macaroni Company".
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is charged on Gift Baskets only to Pennsylvania residents only.

We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We are unable to accept cash or ship COD.
Out of Stock Policy
When a particular item has a N/A behind the description, it means we are temporarily out of stock on that item, we will then select a substitute automatically and ship accordingly if you have ordered that N/A item. It is very important to enter your correct "DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER" in the billing section for this situation.

You may also order by FAX. Fax orders to (412) 201-4751. Please include all billing and shipping
information and we will contact you during normal business hours.
Return Policy
We guarantee that every product you order from PennMac.com will arrive in safe condition. In the event of damage, please contact us at (1-800-223-5928) or by email at service@pennmac.com and we will replace the product if applicable. Please have your order confirmation number ready when you contact us. Please do not send any merchandise back without approval from our Return Services Department at (1-800-223-5928). Please keep all packaging and shipment box and maintain any product as appropriate until order resolution.
Canceling Orders
Orders may be cancelled and completely refunded provided that they have not shipped out. To inquire whether your order has shipped, please contact our Shipment Service Department at (1-800-223-5928).

Q: How can food ordered on-line possibly arrive in good condition?
A: PennMac.com cares about You, the customer, therefore we take special care in packaging and shipping of our orders. Each order is picked, packed and prepared for shipment the day the order is scheduled to ship. We use a styrofoam cooler and ice packs for any orders that require the products to be kept cold. All orders are then packaged carefully into double-strenth corrugated shipment boxes for delivery.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card online?
A: At PennMac.com, we take the utmost precautions to ensure the security of all of your account information. Each transaction is done in a secure environment that encrypts your account information for your protection.
Q:Where can my order be delivered?
A: Your order can be delivered to a commercial or residential address as long as all correct shipping
information is entered during the order process. Please note that some shipping methods for residential deliveries do not require a signature therefore your shipment box could be placed outside of the residence. If you are ordering products that require that the products are kept cool, our recommendation would be to select overnight or 2nd day delivery option or have the shipment deliverd to a commercial address. Q: What are the shipping rates?
A: Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not offer flat shipping rates. You will be provided with
shipping options during the checkout process,in most cases the differnce in shipping costs gets more reasonable the more items you select, for instance, the difference between 5lbs and 15lbs is usuually $1.50 more! You can view a map of the United States under Shipping Info to see delivery times for normal ground FedEx shipment to your area.
Q: Can I order and ship to multiple locations with one order transaction?
A: No. You can only ship to one location per order. If you desire to ship to multiple locations, you will need to place multiple orders.
Q: Can I order now and choose a specific arrival date in the future?
A: Yes, you can call 1-800-223-5928, ask for the internet dept and we will be glad to accomodate your request.

Shipping Information
PennMac.com orders are shipped via FedEx,and will not deliver to a P.O. Box. All shipments are insured and
guaranteed. Please review the map below of the United States for guaranteed Standard Ground or home Shipping times to your shipping location. Note that the "Days" shown below do not include Sundays. FedEx Standard Ground Shipping will not deliver on Sundays. You may choose to have your order shipped with a higher delivery priority (ie. 2-Day, Next Day shipping) for additional cost. These options and all associated costs will be presented to you during your check-out process. |
