$20.39 Pierre Robert Pierre Robert is a St Andre type cheese. As an artisanal cheese from the heart of France, it features an ornate triple-crème consistency and robust flavor. The cheese was developed after conducting some experiments with aging Brillat Savarin. To distinguish the new cheese from other cheeses of similar appearance there's a small whimsical bump or boulder on the uppermost rind.
