All Cheeses are cut fresh the same day the order is shipped!

Cheese is priced and sold by 1 lb pieces, unless it otherwise stated in the detailed description
(Example, wheel, pc, loaf or ball).

When you add a 1 to you cart box you will get one 1 lb piece.
If you add a 2 to your cart box, you will receive one 2 lb piece.(etc)

Perishable cheeses are shipped in 2 inch thick styrofoam cooler with ICE packs and DRY ICE.

How to store cheese?

Always wrap cheese in wax paper...if you are worried about your cheese drying out...
you may then store it in a ziploc bag, that is not fully sealed.
Replace the wax paper wrap if it feels damp.

Never store cheese in direct contact with any kind of plastic.

Never wrap too tightly.

Any kind of tight wrapping will promote the growth of bacteria.
Freezing cheese will change the texture, and will be crumbly after thawing.
You should use thawed cheese within 2 or 3 days.

Shelf life for cheese in the refrigerator?

Fresh, Young or Soft Cheese-5 to 7 days
Semi-soft to Medium Aged Cheese-2 to 2 1/2 weeks.
Dry or Hard Cheese-6 weeks.
