All cheeses are cut fresh right before shipping!

Cheese is priced and sold by 1 lb pieces unless noted in the description (i.e. wheel, pc, loaf or ball). When you add a 1 to you cart box you will get one 1 lb piece. If you add a 2 to your cart, you will receive one 2 lb piece and so on.

    Price is for 2-8oz Pcs in a 1Lb vac sealed bag. Type: pastuerized sheep's milk, soft texture.
    Characteristics: white in color, with a soft texture, easily crumbles and has a slight salty flavor.

  • halloumi-cypriot-greek-cheese

    A sheep and goat's milk cheese that's a little salty. Halloumi has a higher melting point than other cheeses. This makes it ideal for both frying and grilling.

  • kasseri-cheese-greek-turkish

    Aged 6 months, and made in the months when the milk is creamy and sweet, from the fresh milk of free-ranging sheep and goats.

  • kefalograviera-sheep-milk-greek-cheese

    A salty unpasteurized sheep's milk cheese from Macedonia. First created in the 1960s, the cheese is aged for roughly three months long. Combine this cheese with tomatoes, olives and capers in a salad, or fry it up to make Saganaki.

    A fresh semi-soft sheeop's milk cheese made from whey drained from feta production combined with cream or milk. The result is a creamier, milder, and less salty taste than feta has. It is also described as having a lemon, sometimes citrus flavor.
