Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, water, sour flour (lactic & lactic acids), salt, bakers yeast, sugar, vegetable shortening, ascorbic acid.

How to Freshen Bread
Sprinkle or brush lightly with water, wrap loosely in fail and heat in a 350 Degree oven for 10 minutes or until you can smell fresh bread baking.
Breadworks bread is best stored in the freezer.
