Telemonk Cheddar is a delectable cheddar cheese made here in the U.S. Double Gloucester is an unpasteurized cheese from whole cow's milk combined with the cream of two-milkings, aged 6 to 9 months. Balderson is a buttery, gentle cheese that would go well with a dry sparkling wine or a Sauvignon Blanc.
