$25.00 American Cheese Sampler Penn Mac's very own American cheese sampler! The taste of America includes Amish Goat, Dry Jack, Smoked Swiss, Allegheny Mountain and Tillamook Cheddar. This is a two pound cheese tray. Great for party's, gift's or for your own taste buds. The tray only includes the cheese. The items used in picture are to show what other products we have in our store for that region of cheese. Amish Goat cheese is pasteurized from goat's milk. It has firm texture, is white in color, aged for 10 months and rind less. Dry Jack has rich, buttery and creamy texture. It taste will leave a clean fresh flavor in your mouth. At room temperature, it's as soft and creamy as a fine Brie, but far more economical. Smoked Swiss was originally produced in Switzerland, until there production methods were adopted around the world. Our smoked Swiss flavor makes it both nutty and bittersweet to the taste buds. Allegheny Mountain is an authentic Hickory smoked provolone made in the Allegheny Mountains of Pennsylvania, called Cook forest. Tillamook Cheddar is a naturally aged extra sharp cheddar made in the U.S. It contains cultured milk, salt, enzymes and annatto.
