Penn Mac's Asiago stuffed Gnocchi, flash frozen for freshness.
Ingredients: Duram flour (enriched with niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine, mononitrate, ribolflavin, folic acid), potatoes, asiago cheese, mono and diglycerides, sodium bisulfite, sodium acid pyrophosphate and oe citric acid, BHA and or BHT, water.
Cooking Instructions: Place in rapidly boiling water for 7 to 9 minutes, or until desired tenderness is reached.
Best kept frozen until ready to cook.
