De Cecco Pasta - Since 1887 the De Cecco name and
peasant girl trademark have been internationally recognize,
it is a guarantee of this traditionally made,
excellent quality pasta. Wheat for the De Cecco family mill
comes from the world's best wheat crops and gives this pasta
it's excellent aroma and nutritional quality.
Cav. Giuseppe Cocco
is made the old fashioned way
with "amore" and "artisan fashion". Ever since John Profaci
(who, by the way, is the most reputable business person we know)
imported "Cocco" from Fara S. Martino in Abruzzo,
it has gained accalades from everyone
from Lidia Bastianich to Mary Anne Esposito.
Rustichella d'Abruzzo is imported by the
famous Manicaretti Company in California.
They provide us with many specialty foods from olive oils
to other gourmet delights. Rustichella is another
Abruzzo made artisianal product that is of the
highest quality available. This pasta is made of selected
durum wheat semolina, extruded through Bronze dies
and air dried for 56 hours.
Riscossa Pasta is from the Bari Region of Southern Italy.
The people from this region are known as "Barese",
they are very polite, well dressed and nice to visit with.
Many of our restaurant customers use and swear by this hand made
competitively priced pasta because it truly does cook-up "al dente".
When re-heated, some say its better the second time around!

Cara Nonna Premium Quality Italian Pasta
is family made from the Region of Puglia, in the Southern part of Italy.
Cara Nonna Pasta is produced only from selected high
quality durum wheat semolina, formed and made through bronze molds
for richer taste and slowly dried at room temperature for over 24 hours in
order to preserve the quality, taste and firm texture after cooking.
