Spinach and Roasted Garlic Ravioli- 24 Pc
Ingredients: Filling- Spinach, Low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese (pasteurized part skim milk, cheese cultures. salt, enzymes] natamycin to protect flavor) Grated Romano cheese (sheep’s milk cheese rennet, salt) Garlic, bread crumbs (Wheat flour, Dextrose. Yeast, salt), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Spices, Brown Sugar.
Pasta: Semolina, water, eggs, salt, beta carotene.
It is recommended to freeze as soon as you get home, they will be easier to separate. Bring 4-6 Quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add one frozen ravioli at a time, stirring gently to prevent sticking, then return to boil. Reduce heat to slow boil for 14-17 minutes.
