Setaro Pasta comes from the city of Torre Annunziata, which is located in the Provence of Naples, Italy. As a durum wheat semolina pasta, Setaro is known to pasta connoisseurs as being one of the best around the world. This particular pasta is made with pure water and bronze dye which creates a clean, crisp cut. Setaro Pasta was” Founded in 1939 by Mr. Nunziato Setaro as a family business has specialized in the production of dried pasta for a long time at low temperature.”

The (Setaro) Pasta Factory operates in a nineteenth-century three-story building in the old town of Torre Annunziata, where the bedrooms (are) still (used for) drying operating at about 50 ° Celsius (122 Fahrenheit) and where the packaging makes the manual packaging of particular prestige, always respecting the capacity of an artisan pasta (min. 24q - 36q Max. per day).
