Ingredients: tapioca starch, sugar, gelling agent: carrageenan; acidifier tartrate monopotassium stabilizer: potassium chloride.

Prepared for Jelly Cake

Preparing gel is quick and easy.

3 Envelopes per Container 13g Each

The product may contain traces of wheat, milk, eggs, nuts and soy.

TORTAGEL is easy to prepare, distribute on the surface of your fruit cake, guarantees the preservation of the beauty and freshness of the fruit.

The package contains 3 bags for garnish of 3 fruit cakes with a diameter of 26 cm.

To Prepare Tortagel:
Put contents of an the envelope in a pan, add 3-4 tablespoons of ground sugar, stirring gradually, 250 ml of water. (At leisure, you can replace half of the water with wine or fruit syrup).
Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for one minute, stirring constantly.
Let Cool for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spread Tortagel evenly on fruit cake. Leave to stand for half an hour in a cool place or refrigerator.
