Characteristics: off-white in color, smooth, sharp finish.
Aged for 60 days, the Lou Bergier Pichin is made from raw cow milk in Piemonte. Made from the kinara method which uses ancient knowledge with a new technique. The name, Lou Bergier Pichin - literally "man of the hut." This cheese goes wonderfully with nuts and fruit.
