Suggestions for use:
Immerse the sheets in cold water for 5 minutes and squeeze before using. For use with hot foods, add the gelatin sheet directly, It will dissolve immediately.
Panna Cotta:
You will need-
A pint of cream cake, two sheets of gelatin sheets, two tablespoons of sugar and caramel to decorate.
Place in a bowl of cold water, heat the cream without bringing it to a boil, then add cream to the gelatin (make sure the gelatin is wrung out) then add the sugar while stirring. Pour the caramel on the bottom of mold. Pour the hot cream and let cool. Refrigerate for at least two or three hours before serving.
