1 28 oz. can of San Marzano - Diced Tomatoes
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons diced fresh basil
1 garlic glove
1 tablespoon diced flat parsley fresh
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
Place oil and garlic in a medium mixing bowl. Drain diced tomatoes of juice and add to mixing bowl. Add herbs and seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Serve 6-8.
Try it on top of grilled fish, chicken, steaks, burgers or anything you desire.
