Vlaskaas is most flavorful at room temperature, goes well with beer or a glass of red wine. If Beemster is too strong for you, than you'll love Vlaskaas. It's pleasantly sweet & creamy.
Alto Badia is a delicious Italian cheese with all the tangy, savory flavors and aromas one expects from the Dolomites mountains. Alta Badia has the mountain flavors of spice, fruit and earth without being either overpowering or too rustic. It's got dense texture that is very smooth and sliceable.
Raschera is a cheese which is matured for a month. It has a raw, pressed and semi hard taste.
