The Sticky Toffee Cheese goes well as an after dinner cheese or as a hors d'oeuvre. It's best served as an hors d'oeuvre because it needs no accompaniment. Since it's packed with brown sugar, caramel cinnamon and nutmeg, it's also delicious when paired with dessert wine or fruit.
