The items used in picture are to show what other products we have in our store for that region of cheese. Dubliner is a cheddar aged with a distinctive taste and a hint of sweetness. Cheddar Vintage is a one of a kind sharp cheddar cheese that's assertive, full-bodied and robust. Cahill Porter comes from pasteurized cow's milk with a medium texture. It's straw-like in color with porter beer made throughout creating a pebble like pattern. It's got a mild taste and goes well on a platter and pairs well with an Ale. Erin Gold is a mild cheese, pleasing to the taste buds. It's easy to melt due to its buttery, full flavor.
