October's sampler of the month is Greek cheeses. This sampler includes Manouri, Greek Kasseri, Graviera & Kefalograviera. The tray only includes the cheeses listed. The items used in picture are to show what other products we have in our store for that region of cheese.
Manouri is a white, soft texture, slightly crumbly cheese with a mild citrus flavor.
Greek Kasseri is a medium hard pale table cheese. It's both creamy gold in color with a resilient feel.
Graviera is cheese made from the combo of sheep and goat's milk with hard, cooked rind.
Kefalograviera is unpasteurized sheep's milk, hard in texture. It has an off-white in color, smooth interior and a nutty flavor with a sharp aroma.
