$25.00 French Cheese Sampler This February French cheese sampler includes Comte', Morbier, Istara & Buche Poitou. The tray only includes the aforementioned cheese. The items used in picture are to show what other products we have in our store for that region of cheese. Comte is a cheese produced from unpasteurized cow's milk, like gruyere, melts well. Morbier is a semisoft cheese with a thin layer of ash in the middle. Istara is a great snacking cheese, each wheel weighs approximately one and a half pounds. Buche Poitou is a perfectly creamy cheese when served at room temperature. It's produced from unpasteurized goat's milk with a blooming rind.
