It has a semi-hard texture, is orange in color and has medium level taste. Sage Derby is a pasteurized cow's milk with a firm texture. It has a green hue color with dried, powdered sage mixed into the cheese. English Applewood is a semi-hard, English cheddar is smoked with apple wood embers and topped with paprika. Its smoky flavor makes it delicious, especially melted on pork chops or with apples and raisins. Wensleydale is cheese pasteurized from cow's milk. It has a firm texture, is white in color, crumbly, mild in flavor and has a mild aroma.
