$6.49Pizza for Everyone! Semi finished for making gluten-free and dairy free pizza, derived from raw materials that are lacking in gluten and milk, suitable for making pizza and focaccia. Ingredients: Rice flour,maize starch, potato starch, dextrose, salt, guar seed flour, vegetable flour.

Needed:
1000 g gluten free mix
750/800 g water
50 g extra virgin olive oil
10 to 25 g fresh compressed yeast (brewer's yeast)
Yields over 10 pizza's (approx 1900 g)
1) Dissolve the yeast directly in water, using a small whisk.
2) Add the extra virgin olive oil to the same container
3) Then add the preparation obtained directly to the
container where we previously poured the gluten
free mix.
4) Mix everything together until the ingredients are well
blended, using a spoon or plastic spatula if needed.
5) Divide the dough into pieces weighing 185 g and then
smooth them out into rounded portions over a few minutes.
6)Let rest for about 30 minutes at room temperature of 24C.
7) To be ready for use, the dough balls must be handled
again so that their surface must be rendered velvety
and smooth, which had become coarse during the
rising.
8) Roll the balls out on trays that were previously
greased with a small amount of EVO.
9) Add your favorite sauce
10) Bake at approximately 310 degrees for about
3 minutes (pre-cooking)
11)Add the mozz and other toppings and continue baking till it is to your liking.
