Just arrived at PENNSYLVANIA MACARONI in the Strip,
Bonolio Olio Novello Bono. Produced in the region of Sciacca in Sicily.
Novello Bono was produced by traditional cold pressing from Biancolilla, Cerasuola and Nocellara varieties in December 2007.
Novello meaning first production, introduces a nose of fresh cut greens with a full fruit mouth and a incredibly peppery finish.
Bonolio is a family owned Frantoio in Sicily, founded in 1934, they produce only one kind of olive oil, ‘EXTRA VIRGIN’ the price per litre is $11.99, and is also available on our web site at www.pennmac.com.
Bono "novello" oil is a fresh just pressed oil, obtained only by selected olives of the highest quality, had picked and cold cold pressed in Sciacca in one of the most modern oil mills in Sicily.
