Delouis Fils got its start as a vinegar manufacturer in France but soon transitioned to start making mustard as well. And we are glad they did! This is a whole grain mustard meaning many of the brown and black mustard seeds have not been ground up, thereby adding the proper amount of crunch to this condiment. It’s also a true Dijon mustard, so there are no artificial ingredients or preservatives, it’s all natural. And in true Dijon style, the seeds have been soaked in verjuice (sour juice from unripened grapes) to give it that pungent taste you expect. Use this mustard like you would other Dijon mustards.
