Soy Vay’s Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze and Marinade is a delicious hoisin marinade and was the first item that the creators of Soy Vay ever made. When this sauce was originally created it was used to marinate meat and chicken skewers at county fairs and you can still do the same thing today! Properly termed an Asian marinade, it is made with simple ingredients like soybeans, sesame oil, and fresh garlic. And for those of you who were wondering, it’s kosher!
Use this sauce as a marinade for anything you wish: chicken, fish, vegetables, beef, etc. There’s no set time for how long you should marinate, the time is up to you so let it sit overnight or start marinating right before you cook!
This special sauce has even won awards. It was a Silver Finalist for Outstanding Cooking Sauce at a National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT) conference in New York.
