A semi-soft creamy cows milk cheese with chips of black truffles inside. This semi-soft gourmet cheese is aged about one month. The paste is mild and gentle in flavor and texture; an original delicacy that provides an interesting balance between the truffle flavor and the flavor of the cow's/sheep's milk combination.
