Now, obviously, we have too many gluten-free products to list individually. That said, there are certainly a few worth highlighting! For instance, the good ole Frontier soups – free of gluten and magically delicious. (My apologies for another blatant cereal reference.) These soups come in Tomato Basil, Chicken Noodle, Tortilla, and Red Pepper Corn Chowder – a selection that boasts variety, in addition to health benefits. If you’re in the mood for pasta or rice, look no further. We’ve got it all gluten-free, from your basic Penne to Scotti Spaghetti, or Elbow Macaroni Brown Rice! If you’re lost in the desert, we probably can’t help you (right away). However, if you’re looking to get lost in a dessert, we’ve got you covered. Take your pick from gluten-free Sugar Cookies, Chocolate Cookies, or Chocolate Cake Mix! All of this and so much more!

Won’t take my word for it? Need a second opinion? No problem! Read the following testimonial from Penn Mac customer, Brandi Goff, who articulates her experiences with our gluten-free products:

It’s so much easier being celiac/gluten-free with Pennsylvania Macaroni Company around! I live near a national food market and was so excited to see that Penn Mac extended their grocery selection to include gluten-free items! This was to my amazement, since I haven’t been able to find a nearby market that carries anything gluten-free (outside of some gross cookies and some furry tasting bland rice noodles). So, I grabbed a bag of Si Pasta from Penn Mac, which i later came to find (from Leslie, an AWESOME HR woman) come from Italy! I prepared my first Ziti in three years, and guess what, my non-celiac family members and partner had no clue they were gluten-free until I smirked from across the table and sat down with a plate myself. They had been used to me preparing two meals – one for them and one for me. Oh how nice it was to be included again! They taste like “real” noodles to everyone!

One day I did (unfortunately) run across a stray pasta noodle in a bag, and not knowing at the time if it was produced in a dedicated facility, threw away the whole package. So, of course, I contacted Penn Mac to let them know. Within an hour, an HR guy named Brian responded on their Facebook page, asking questions nicely, and eventually pointing me to an email through which to contact the company. I exchanged emails with the wonderful HR woman Leslie, who not only confirmed that they were made in a gluten-free site, but that they were made in Italy! No wonder they were so good! As I sighed in relief, knowing that I could truly buy the noodles without worry, Leslie took things a step further, offering to not only replace the bag that I tossed out in fear, but also sending me three one-pound bags of gluten-free pasta and a HUGE 32 oz. jar of pasta sauce. Honestly, I nearly cried when I received the gifts in the mail THE VERY NEXT DAY! I’ve never been handled so kindly by a company in all my life, especially since being diagnosed and having to question companies about gluten-free products. They were so kind, prompt, and went above and beyond my expectations. Needless to say, I’m an ecstatic, worry-free, gluten-free eater and a Pennsylvania Macaroni Company customer for life!

Thanks, Brandi! We’re happy to have helped and are thrilled to have you as a customer! To everyone else; we love you, too! Come on down and get a taste of our gluten-free products today! Or heck, just come talk to us! We’re always eager to talk with customers who are as passionate about food as we are. Have a good one!
