Gourmet Mac & Cheese

Serving for 4 +

1 Cup grated Reggiano Parmigiano D.O.C
1 Cup grated Aged Asiago D.O.C
2 Cups Grande: Whole Milk Mozzarella
1 Cup or less Dolce Gorgonzola D.O.C
1 Cup Fresh Ricotta
4 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Stick Unsalted Butter
Italian Spices
Italian Breadcrumbs

Take the milk and butter melt in large saucepan gradually add each of the cheeses, until they pour off your spoon and is thick. Pour over your cooked pasta which should be firm to the touch. Stir well, then, pour into buttered baking dish top with buttered Italian breadcrumbs and more Reggiano Parmigiano. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!!
